The " 1 Percent Project " is a co op space for Fitness, Coaching, and Traning professionals or aspiring professionals full of desk spaces, couches, bean bag chairs, snacks, video and audio equipment, computers, tablets, mentors, coffee, tea, water, and more.

An added value is the partnership with ACS Executives, a third party professional consulting & coaching firm ready for your next health, wellness, fitness, or sports business ideas.

 

The "1 Percent Project"  offers its members 2 on-site gyms, turf, sand pits, and courts as added benefits and resources for your client sessions, classes, and indiviual work outs.

 

Short term contracts available; 6 month, 3 month, and Month to Month terms available.  Discounted , "pay in full" programs also available.
